add edgeful's sender address to your contacts the first time you see an email from us, and mark any edgeful email that landed in spam as "not spam" — this trains your provider to deliver future emails to your inbox. gmail users: check the "promotions" tab too, not just spam.
what emails should I be getting from edgeful?
three types: stay sharp newsletter (market insight and report breakdowns), algo and account alerts (broker disconnects, failed payments, algo state changes), and course or onboarding emails. all three can be toggled individually in your notification preferences.
I accidentally unsubscribed — how do I get back on the list?
go to edgeful.com/blog and enter your email in the subscribe field. that re-adds you to the edgeful email list. if you're still not receiving anything after that, reach out via in-app chat with your registered email and we'll manually re-subscribe you on our end.

there are really only two reasons this happens:
1) no emails were sent during that period. edgeful newsletters like stay sharp aren't on a fixed weekly or monthly schedule. they go out when there's something worth sending. so if you haven't received one in a while — it's possible none were sent.
2) your email got unsubscribed. this can happen if you accidentally clicked an unsubscribe link, or if your email provider flagged something. when you're unsubscribed, it blocks everything — newsletters, disconnect alerts, course emails, all of it.

still not getting emails
