quick answers to common account access questions
how do I log in to edgeful?
go to edgeful.com and click log in in the top right. you have two options: email + password (what you signed up with) or continue with Google. important: always use the same method you signed up with — mixing them creates a separate account.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
click forgot password on the login page, enter your email, and hit send. a reset link arrives within a few minutes. if you don't see it, check your spam and promotions folders — see troubleshooting missing edgeful emails. click the link in the email, set a new password, and you're back in.
I signed up with Google but tried logging in with email — is that why I can't get in?
yes, probably. mixing sign-in methods creates two separate accounts. if you signed up with Google, always click continue with Google. if you signed up with email and password, use that flow. still stuck? see account access issues — common fixes for the duplicate-account fix and how we can merge them from our end.
can I use edgeful on multiple devices?
yes. access edgeful from as many devices as you want — desktop, laptop, tablet. your account works anywhere you can open a browser. one thing: each account is for one person. sharing your login with someone else isn't supported per the terms of service. if someone else wants in, they need their own subscription.
where do I update my email, password, plan, or payment details?
log in, click your profile icon in the top right, and select manage account. from there: profile updates your name and email, security changes your password, membership cancels or downgrades your plan, and payment details updates your card on file, pulls invoices, and handles failed payments. full walkthrough below.
logging in

email + password — enter the email and password you used when you signed up
continue with Google — sign in with your Google account in one click
if you signed up with Google, always use the Google option to log in. if you signed up with email, use email. mixing them up will create a separate account.
forgot your password

click the link in the email, set a new password, and you're back in.
managing your account
once you're logged in, click your profile icon in the top right corner and select manage account. this is where you'll find all your account settings.

using edgeful on multiple devices
you can access edgeful from as many devices as you want — desktop at home, laptop at work, tablet on the go. your account works anywhere you can open a browser.
each account is for one person. sharing your login with someone else isn't supported per the terms of service. if someone else wants to use edgeful, they'll need their own subscription.
troubleshooting missing emails
if you're not receiving emails from edgeful, it's usually a subscription or notification preference issue.
why you're not getting emails
there are really only two reasons this happens:
1) no emails were sent during that period. edgeful newsletters like stay sharp aren't on a fixed weekly or monthly schedule. they go out when there's something worth sending. so if you haven't received one in a while — it's possible none were sent.
2) your email got unsubscribed. this can happen if you accidentally clicked an unsubscribe link, or if your email provider flagged something. when you're unsubscribed, it blocks everything — newsletters, disconnect alerts, course emails, all of it.
how to resubscribe to edgeful emails
you can get added back to the edgeful email list by going to the blog page and entering your email.
still not getting emails
also worth checking your spam or promotions folder — sometimes email providers filter things automatically, even if you're subscribed.
if you've checked everything above and emails still aren't coming through — reach out to support using the blue chat icon in the bottom right of your edgeful dashboard. include the email address you signed up with, and we'll verify your subscription status on our end and manually re-subscribe you if needed.
