summary: how to use the right nav panel in the reports section — bookmarks to save your go-to reports, and your watchlist to switch tickers without leaving the page.

the right nav panel on every report page gives you persistent access to bookmarks and your watchlist — so you can jump between reports and tickers without losing your place.

for the full overview of how bookmarks and watchlists work across edgeful, see bookmarks and watchlists. this article focuses on how to use them together on report pages.

bookmarks in the right nav

bookmarks live in the right nav panel on every report page. they're shortcuts — click any bookmark and you jump straight to that report while keeping your current ticker, session, and date range intact.

to bookmark a report, click the bookmark icon next to the report title at the top of the page. to remove it, click the icon again.

edgeful starts you with 8 default bookmarks: gap fill, initial balance, inside bars, opening candle continuation, outside days, previous day's range, engulfing candles, and ICT opening retracement. add or remove any of them as your workflow develops — there's no limit.

watchlist in the right nav

your watchlist appears below bookmarks in the right nav panel. click any ticker and the current report reloads instantly for that instrument — keeping your session, date range, and subreport exactly as they were.

so if you're on the IB report for ES and want to check NQ, you click NQ in the right nav and you're there. no navigating through menus, no losing your settings.

the tickers in the right nav are pulled from your main watchlist. manage your watchlist at edgeful.com/watchlist — any changes show up in the right nav immediately.

using them together

the real efficiency comes from combining bookmarks and watchlists. here's a typical workflow:

  1. open a bookmarked report (e.g. gap fill) from the right nav

  2. scan it for your first ticker — it loads with whatever ticker you had selected

  3. click through each ticker in your watchlist to check the same report across all your instruments

  4. switch to the next bookmarked report and repeat

you stay on one page the entire time. the right nav panel stays open as you navigate, so both bookmarks and your watchlist are always one click away.

a couple things to know

bookmarks save the report, not your settings. when you click a bookmark, it opens that report with whatever ticker, session, and date range you currently have selected. if you want to save specific report + ticker + session combinations, use report templates instead.

the right nav panel has 3 sections. from top to bottom: templates, bookmarks, and watchlist. templates save full configurations (report + ticker + session + date range), bookmarks save reports, and the watchlist lets you switch tickers.
