summary: the alerts log in TradingView shows you every alert that's fired — here's where to find it and how to capture the details.

finding the alerts log

1) open TradingView and look at the right-hand navigation bar

2) click the clock icon — that opens the alerts panel

3) inside the alerts panel, click the log tab

the log tab shows you every alert that's triggered, in order. this is where you go when you need to verify that an alert actually fired — or when support asks you to check.

capturing alert details

each triggered alert in the log has a tooltip with more detail. hover over an alert to see it.

if you need to share that info with support — take a screenshot of the tooltip. it's the fastest way to show exactly what happened.

one other thing worth knowing — the alerts tab (next to the log tab) shows your active alerts. the log shows ones that have already fired. they're different views of the same panel.

quick recap

→ click the clock icon in TradingView's right nav bar to open the alerts panel
→ the log tab shows triggered alerts — the alerts tab shows active ones
→ hover over a triggered alert for details, and screenshot the tooltip if you need to share it
